By accessing Minifig Collection Manager (MinifigCM), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our service provides a digital platform for you to track your personal collection of LEGO® minifigures. We provide the reference data; you provide the "ticks" to manage your collection.

2. User Accounts & Google Login

To save your progress, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Note: Users cannot upload their own images or files to our servers; the service is strictly limited to interacting with our curated database.

3. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

• Database: The organization, curation, and structure of this database is the property of Minifig Collection Manager.
• LEGO® Disclaimer: LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site.
• Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy in our lists, we provide this data "AS IS." We are not liable for incorrect set numbers, missing figures, or estimated market values.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Minifig Collection Manager shall not be liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or emotional distress caused by technical errors in your digital checklist. Our total liability is limited to $100 USD (or the equivalent in ZAR).

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved informally first, and then, if necessary, via the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
